The farm called “Masseria Maresca” is an ancient stone farmhouse dating back to the end of the 18th century. Its
structure is of the turret type and it is believed that it was intended as a patronal and colonist residence. Located in a quiet area, it is elevated and is located at about 95.00 meters above sea level. The surrounding land has an extension of approx. 11293 and is intended for arable land and almond grove. The farm is circumscribed by a courtyard of approx. 1100, enclosed within 3.00 meter high walls, and is accessed by a round arched portal. In the courtyard there are two structures with barrel and star vaults. The main building consisting of 9 rooms spread over two floors. The ground floor has a covered area of approx.
