This magnificent ancient villa is located very close to Lecce, on the Magliano-Monteroni provincial road in the Zummari district.

Access to the property is via an avenue that leads from the main road to the square in front of the villa.

The villa is spread over two floors with sober facades featuring balconies and symmetrical windows
